What happens if an item is out of stock?

If a selected item is unavailable, we’ll either:

• Offer a close substitute with your permission, or

• Refund the item as in app credits if no suitable replacement is found.

You’ll be notified of this.

What is your return or refund policy?

If you’re not satisfied with an item due to quality or damage, please reach out within 24 hours of delivery. We will review the issue and offer a replacement or refund to store credit only where applicable.

Non-perishable items within 7 days, provided they are in original condition with the receipt subject to quality checks if the product was damaged during delivery. Fresh items may not be returned except in case of freshness issues which Tuulyn verifies.

How do I initiate a return or exchange?

Are there any items that cannot be returned?

Yes, fresh items, sale items, items in your hands for more than 24 hours, items that were not damaged in delivery, clearance items, bulk purchases, perishable or semi-perishable items and products that have expired while in your possession are not eligible for return or exchange.

How are products packed for delivery?

We pack with care—fresh produce is insulated, fragile items are cushioned, and frozen goods are kept cold to ensure everything arrives in great condition.

Do you support bulk or corporate orders?

How do I place an order?

Just browse our website or app, add items to your cart, and proceed to checkout. You’ll be guided step-by-step to confirm your order and choose a delivery slot that suits you.

What areas do you deliver to?

We currently serve selected neighbourhoods and zones across the Klang Valley in Selangor Malaysia. More locations are being planned.

During checkout, you’ll be asked to input your postcode to check if delivery is available in your area. We're constantly expanding, so stay tuned!

What are your delivery hours?

Our deliveries are available from 9 AM to 9 PM, seven days a week. You can choose a preferred time slot during checkout.

Is there a minimum order value for delivery?

No, there is NO minimum order required. However, if you would like to get FREE delivery charges, then there is a minimum of RM200 per order required. If you choose to pay a delivery fee for a smaller order, we offer an affordable fixed rate that is one of the best in the market

How much is the delivery fee?

Please check your order at checkout for the fixed delivery fee – some orders qualify for free delivery.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept major credit/debit cards, online banking (FPX), and selected e-wallets with more payment options available online soon.

In our retail stores we accept All Debit, Credit cards; all major e-wallets including AliPay, Wepay, GrabPay, etc

Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?

Yes, but changes or cancellations must be made at least 6 hours before your scheduled delivery slot as we are dealing with fresh produce that is ordered from suppliers and farms.

Do you offer a loyalty or rewards program?

Yes! With every purchase, you earn Points which can be redeemed for discounts, vouchers, or exclusive perks. It’s our way of saying thank you for shopping with us.
